Gongfu Tea Service
A relaxed way to enjoy Chinese tea during our weekend Tea Studio hours. You choose the tea; Mengyan brews and serves it for you at the tea table.

How a Tea Service Works
You choose a tea from our menu. Mengyan brews it at the tea table, steeping the same leaves six times. Each infusion is poured into small cups and shared by everyone at your table, and the taste shifts as the tea opens up.
Each price on the menu is for the tea itself, not per person — one price covers all six infusions for everyone at your table. We suggest about one tea for every four guests.
Walk-ins are welcome when space is available, and we recommend reserving ahead so a tea table is ready for you. Reservations include a $20 deposit, refunded after your visit.
Private Chinese Tea Ceremony
A two-hour experience with the entire Tea Studio reserved exclusively for your group, guided by Mengyan from beginning to end.

How the Ceremony Works
After a welcome tea, your group chooses two Chinese teas from our menu. Mengyan brews each one through multiple infusions, poured into small cups and shared by everyone at the table, and introduces the teas and teaware as you go.
The rate covers the entire experience for your group and is paid in full when you book. Prices listed on the menu apply to Gongfu Tea Service only — nothing is charged per tea for the ceremony.
Please reserve at least seven days in advance. If your plans change, we ask for at least seven days' notice to reschedule or cancel.
