Tea Service Menu
The teas we serve at our NYC Tea Studio, available for Gongfu Tea Service and Private Chinese Tea Ceremony.
Each tea is brewed through multiple infusions using the Gongfu brewing method. Every infusion is poured into small cups and shared by everyone at the tea table, and the taste shifts as the leaves open up.
Prices below are for the tea, not per person — one price covers all six infusions for everyone at your table. We suggest about one tea for every four guests.
These prices apply to Gongfu Tea Service. The Private Chinese Tea Ceremony is priced as a complete experience, and nothing is charged per tea.
