In this unique experience, you’ll take part in a peaceful Chinese tea ceremony to savor two premium teas. We will brew each tea multiple times using the Gongfu Brewing method and guide you to appreciate the multiple layers of its flavors.
Each Chinese Tea Tasting session features teas specially selected for the season. For this session, we’ll brew three teas from different categories that are perfect for the summer:
Pre-Qingming Dongting Biluochun (green tea)
High Mountain Baimudan (white tea)
"Six Mountains" Raw Pu'er (raw pu'er)

Gong Mengyan, a New York-based tea artist, has been immersed in the study of Chinese tea since 2015. She is a student of Li Shuyun, one of China's most innovative tea masters. Mengyan has been hosting tea ceremonies in NYC since 2022, and founded Teasthetic in 2023 to spread Chinese tea culture.
