Fenghuang Dancong, originating from Fenghuang Mountains in Chaozhou, Guangdong, is a renowned oolong tea known for its rich fragrance, often referred to as "drinkable perfume." The name "Dancong" (single bush) comes from the process of selecting and propagating superior single bushes from the Fenghuang Shuixian tea trees to create this exceptional tea. Different varieties of Dancong exhibit unique aromas.
Songzhong refers to a historic lineage of Dancong tea originating from mother trees first planted during the Song Dynasty, more than 700 years ago. Teas made from this lineage are prized for their depth, balance, and enduring aromatic character.

Our Songzhong Dancong is produced in Wudong Village, widely regarded as the finest growing area for Fenghuang Dancong. Located on Wudong Mountain—the highest peak of the Fenghuang Mountains—at elevations exceeding 1,300 meters, the area is known for frequent mist, steep slopes, and superior soils, creating ideal conditions for tea cultivation.
Crafted with a carefully controlled medium-light roast, this tea preserves the elegance of its floral aroma while adding depth and structure, allowing the natural character of the Songzhong cultivar and its mountain origin to shine.
