Recommended Gongfu Brewing Method
For a 120 mL (4 fl oz) teapot or gaiwan, use 5 g (0.18 oz) of tea.
For the first infusion, steep the tea for 12 seconds in water at a temperature of 95°C (203°F).
Steep the tea for 6 seconds for the second infusion.
For each subsequent infusion, increase the steeping time.
This tea is good for 6 or more infusions.
Use spring water or purified water. Do not use tap water.

Dianhong Gongfu, commonly known as Dianhong, is one of China's most popular red teas. The name “Dianhong” is derived from “Dian”, which refers to Yunnan Province, where this tea is produced, and "hong," meaning red tea. "Gongfu" refers to the meticulous craftsmanship involved in its production.
Our Dianhong is sourced from Fengqing County in Lincang City, the core production area of this tea. The tea gardens are situated at an elevation of 2,200 meters and are surrounded by lush forests, abundant water sources, and rich vegetation, allowing tea trees to grow harmoniously within this natural environment.
