A rarely seen small-leaf yellow tea;
Fresh and softly sweet, with chestnut and floral notes

Made primarily from tender one-bud-one-leaf pickings, this Special Grade tea undergoes a light dry-sealed yellowing that enhances its mellow sweetness while retaining green tea-like freshness. The liquor is clear and smooth, with minimal bitterness or astringency and a subtle savory-mineral undertone.
